30-Day Returns
Unused pieces in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.
How to Return
Email us with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will reply with a prepaid label (US) or return instructions within 1 business day.
Refunds
Refunds are issued within 5 business days after your return reaches our studio and has been inspected.
Lifetime Repairs
We repair every Ashford piece for life: re-stitching, edge refinishing and hardware replacement. Contact us to arrange a repair.
