About Ashford & Co.
Ashford & Co. was founded in 2014 with a simple idea: make a small range of leather goods so well that you never need to replace them.
Our Story
We began at a single workbench, making wallets for friends from offcuts of saddle leather. The pieces that lasted longest were the simplest ones, and that has shaped everything we have made since.
Today a small team of leatherworkers cuts, stitches and finishes every piece in our studio. We work in limited runs, use only full-grain hides from tanneries we know personally, and avoid anything that will not age well.
Every Ashford piece is backed by lifetime repairs. If a stitch loosens or an edge wears through, we will fix it, because good things deserve to be kept.
