Hide Selection
Each hide is inspected by hand for grain, thickness and natural markings before cutting.

Hand Cutting
Panels are clicked with steel dies and refined by hand to follow the grain.

Saddle Stitching
Waxed linen thread stitched with two needles for seams that will not unravel.

Edge Finishing
Bevelled, dyed and burnished in several passes for a smooth, sealed edge.

Quality Check
Every piece is inspected, conditioned and wrapped by the maker who finished it.

Repairs
A dedicated bench for re-stitching, re-edging and restoring pieces sent back to us.
